2021 Sequoia Platinum going to Black Door Handles

Anyone have OEM Part #"s. Spoke with local dealership who sounded unsure but came back with an astronomical price for all 4 doors handles in attitude black. Not interested in dipping but maybe overlays. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated.

 

Reach out to Sparks Parts. They gave me a kit part number that doesn’t show up on their site. They are expensive due to the keyless entry on the front handles. This is what I paid a couple of years ago. It comes with all four.

Replacing will be the most expensive. You could always have them painted at a body shop since attitude black is just a 202 paint code (straight black).

You could paint them yourself if you want it permanent and cheaper than a body shop with some Kent satin spray. https://www.lawsonproducts.ca/Kent/Satin-Euro-Black-Coating/KT13423.lp. I use this as touch up for my truck.

But the cheapest would be the black wrap or overlay.

I didn't think of it but it they're chrome then they won't be able to be painted. The paint won't adhere properly.

Not those in particular but I recently tried some overlays from Amazon on another truck. They look ok but do not feel like they’ll stay on long.

 

Yeah, that's what I feared. I'm waiting to hear back from Sparks on OEM. Probably going to go that route.

 

$248.93 for the handles + shipping. I added the mirror covers at the bottom just in case you needed them.
I put these on my Limited........not sure if your Platinum has a different set up on the driver door.
