On the phone with Toyota Financial (their muzak is not entertaining), trying to find my title. They may have sent it. Or they may not have sent it. It's somewhere in transit, for the last month, or it's buried on someone's desk. New request for title has been issued. 15 days. Request for email showing pay off information and account balance also issued. 72 hours. Really? 3 days? Aren't you looking at my account info right now?

I'm only slightly annoyed. Woman on the phone was super nice and helpful and I'm sure she deals with people all day who are having Chernobyl events. I try not to be that guy.

Temp tags end this Friday. I'm sure my DMV visit is going to be splendiferous. Can't wait.

When we lived in SoCal, it was always the AAA office. The local DMV office was heinous. The one here near me isn't so bad. We'll see how it goes.

They gave me 60 day temps. I figured 5 weeks would have been plenty of lead time to pay the truck off and get the title. I should have called a couple of weeks ago but when I'm on the road for the day job, I have focus issues.
