Nubble Lighthouse?
Where is that bridge? Thats a cool pic

 

Yes it's the Nubble.... another name for it I guess... cool place - I spent about an hour and a half there just taking in the scenery. Watching tourist and fisherman, and listening to the waves hit the rocks. Very tranquil


The bridge is in my town! Twin Falls Idaho and I was down in the canyon (Snake River) just hanging out and this fog rolled in.... did have an epic feel to it that morning! This is the only bridge that allows year round base jumpers. They have to register with the town and gone to an accredited class to qualify. I'm down there quite often and I've never seen anyone get checked. lol and about two miles up the river (other side of the bridge) from there is where Evel Knievel tried to jump the canyon.
Where I took the picture, behind me is a golf course actually one on each side of the river... really nice courses!
Population is around 60k

Canon R5 with a Sigma 60-600, and sometimes a 1.4x teleconverter. I prefer to get closer rather than use the teleconverter, so I use portable bird blinds and ghillie suits.

Yes, that frog is farting a bubble. I would be too, if I was about to be in the belly of a green heron.

Man, you're really getting a lot of miles out of that ghillie suit. Patience and focus is far beyond outstanding.

A pier just outside of my cousin's condo in Panama City Beach.

 

A few of our trip last week to Arizona.

 

I'll join in! I've been shooting for 15 years or so as a portrait photographer but I dabble in all sorts of images...whatever catches my eye, I guess! Here are a few I like.

This was shot 12 or 13 years ago. Canon 20d through a 50mm f1.8. I don't have the metadata in front of me for specifics.


These pictures were are stacked images of my FJR. Each image is approximately 12 images, all shot from a tripod with a handheld, diffused flash firing at various angles. Stitched together in PS after the fact. Sony A7Riii through Sigma 135mm f1.8.



Took my rig to a Dock Dogs competition and shot the floofers jumping. These are a couple of my favs. Sony A7Riii through Sony 70-200mm f2.8 @200mm

^^^Spectacular photos! Great action shots of the dogs (they LOVE water and chasing things). I have a '14 FJR so I can relate to your FJR pics (I have the same pads on the tank and saddlebags as you do).

One of my faves from the local Medieval Festival of Courage here in Humboldt Co. Oct. 8, '23. I'm using an old EOS 7D, the AF is not the best, so it's high speed continuous and hope for this...It's still a good action camera. 70-200 f/2.8L non IS.

 

A creek behind the archery target at the club. One up stream, one down stream. Snow was still coming down when I took the pictures.
