So this is kindof weird and I’m not really sure where to start. I installed a set of Baja Designs S2 Pro fog lights in Place of the OEM. I used the factory harness and BD’s adapters for 2 lights on each side and the BD brackets. Everything fit perfect and the lights come on but only for about 20secs. When they turn off the dash indicator is still on. If I cycle the switch off/back on the lights will come on for the same amount of time.

I’m kindof guessing that the BD Pros must draw more current and are overloading the relay causing it to break. This behavior repeats non stop. So I know the lights are good and the circuit is working. The relay is my only guess. I’d love to know if anyone has seen similar and has any ideas where to look.

I'd contact BD (or whomever you bought them from) and ask for their suggestion..

    Good luck.

    Hey @dguy535,

Sounds like you will need our CAN-BUS Anti-Flicker 2-Pin Wiring Harness. This harness is designed to plug in line with all of our vehicle-specific kits that utilize factory fog light wiring. The harness is rated up to 150 watts and allows the lights to be triggered off of the plug-and-play adapters in your kit. I will go ahead and link the harness down below. If you would like to place this order feel free to reach out and I can get that going for you.
