Me and @dittothat had some extensive conversations about his never ending list around the campfire in big bear, im sure my list is just as long, just less organized. It sounded like a real list with pen and paper

Here it is as it currently sits. Items related to highlighted items should be getting removed. Adam has the same bumper as me so could, in theory, help with #2. Although can’t remember if he or his kid did that part:monocle:CAEEB08B-7854-48B8-83C3-51FB6C86D0B9.jpg

What sliders are you running? The WKOR on my truck don’t tie in where the bumper brackets go.

My list/ability to type English is kinda confusing. But the brackets for Fox reservoirs (I believe king also) block the Demello bumper support bracket. So you either need to drill through the fox bracket and loosely bolt up the Demello bracket (what Cruzer did). Or need to weld on a reservoir bracket to Demello bracket which is what I hope to do. If you have any better ideas let me know

    here’s Cruzer’s bumper. Missing the thru bolt0BB349E8-6C99-4B28-8A53-8DCAEAA7A1CE.jpg

Loosing the spacers on top of the front shocks. They are getting replaced with ICON adjustable remote res shocks and piggyback adjustables in the rear. And hoping to find time to get the Baja Designs fogs back in.
    Also ICON upper control arms.

9 days until Firebird - payouts are the highest they’ve been in over a decade. Should be a great show! I’ll drop a pin Wednesday or Thursday showing where we are setup in the pits.

    IMG_9058.jpg
Drive out to the races and we can knock it out in the pits. Easier than a lot of stuff that goes on there. 3 years ago we had the ring gear shear off the fly wheel. Pulled the motor, put the flywheel in the dry ice cooler and flame blasted the ring gear until they’d mate back up then swedged them together with a screwdriver. Got us to the line on Sunday.
    :anonymous:
    IMG_1200.jpg

Last year we watched a team weld up cracks in the head of a 3,000 hp top alcohol motor between qualifying runs.

We are down in Pro Comp Flat - TAF needs a capsule due to the MPH they run. We’re too fat and poor for capsule boat stuff.

An amazing guy who guess I get to call my friend at this point showing why a capsule is required.

Here he is with me and Josh at last year’s race - Josh wearing his Back in Black TAF hat Greg gave him.

Yes sir, I told the story on here before where I seen that in real life being the cannon man to start the races. HOLY SHIT is right!! At least now days the drivers are in a safety capsule, back then (I was 17 then, I am 60) they were not in anything but a seat and 5 point harness

About 45 minutes to touch down in the basin/valley/pit of hell/center of the earth/whatever you guys call it.

other than drag boat races, what sort of trouble is there to get into this weekend?
