Getting into the Christmas spirit

 

Possibly an unpopular opinion, but the Xmas boxes aren't supposed to come out until the Halloween boxes are packed. Respect the Demons. And no fawking Xmas music until after Thanxgiving. A whole month of it is more than plenty. Besides, too much of anything will kill it's magic.

as someone that worked in retail management for about 10 years.....TOTALLY agree with you. we were getting christmas boxes in the warehouse around september. drove me up an effing wall. wife couldn't fully understand why i couldn't stand christmas music until after thanksgiving. even then, i was already over it. still hold the rule of no christmas happens in our house until the day after thanksgiving.

 

What's going on crew? Just letting you know I'm still lurking. Just busy with family stuff. One of these days , things will even out, and I can get back to the fun nonsense.

I’ve got some of their self-retracting ratchet straps. They are handy.

 

That's what I've been eyeing. Sounds like they'd make solo cargo containment and getting straps on the motorcycle much easier.

 

They are bulkier than a regular strap
But there’s no fucking around when you’re done with them to put them away. Just retract and done.
My other stairs are now relegated to the pile of things I’ll let others borrow
