I ate too much sugar today...

The nice thing about Austin being so damn expensive is that it's forcing a lot of the businesses who can no longer afford their leases this way. The Bearded Baking Company from Austin moved into the town next to us and HOLY SHIT.

We drove out this morning and picked up some Cinnamon Rolls and a Brookie. I think I found religion eating that cinnamon roll. It was light but just sweet enough. Had a little Amaretto or something almond tasting in the icing. Just amazing.




We liked them so much we drove back out to buy some cookies and banana bread.



This is a Chocolate Chip Pecan cookie made with Pecan Moonshine.



Needless to say, I won't be entering the official ToyoMafia mankini contest this year.

I'm off this week for my daughter's wedding in Vegas on Wednesday.
We leave Tuesday morning and we're back early Thursday.
They've been together 10 years and bought a home 2 years ago.
It's about fuckin' time to tie the knot.

Then I'm driving to Houston/Stafford Friday for my son's first fitness competition.
Coming back late Saturday.
