OEM rock rails

I feel like a read somewhere these don’t fit on all models, something to do with the mounting points on the frame. I can’t find that anymore.

I know these aren’t true rock sliders but I can get my hands on a set for cheap.

I have a SD5 Off-road

 

Look for a frame sticker that says L70. If you have that they'll work. Most likely you'll find an L50 frame sticker, and that means they won't work. Basically destroys any secondary market for the OEM sliders.

I found a frame sticker that has K70. I’ll look more tomorrow in the daylight.

Looking at the rails it looks like you need drilled holes on the side of the frame. Which I have under the front doors but not back.

 

Pretty sure it is embedded threaded holes, not just holes, but I am not 100% on that.

 

Where would one find the frame sticker? Thx
