What is the minimal lift I could do to the front end of my truck to run 20x12 wheels with - 44 offset with 35x13.5 tires? Squat is okay. I already have a 3/2 level.

Just a few, more to come
Thats a FAT negative offset.... I take it you like the 'stanced out' look. Tires will easily stick out 4" past stock fenders and have a massive scrub radius. Just as a idea, adding an after market front bumper with higher clearance around the sides will really help. Outside that, I'd think you'd need like 7" of lift and still need to do some cutting to allow for a normal range of steering. Most likely a cab mount chop in there too, even at that much lift.

What about a 20x10 wheel with - 19mm offset and the 35x13.5 tires?
