Coming from Swedish-era Volvo world, before they've been sold to Ford and then Geely. There was an offline dealer's software called VIDA that had all the instructions, diagnostic software and, most importantly, comprehensive part number lists for everything up to a single nut or pin. If you can find it in your car, you can find its part number in VIDA. In 2015 they switched to an online-only version that you need to pay for, but I retaliated by selling wife's newer Volvo (Ford-based junk) and kept my 2005, which is fully covered by the last offline version.

Is there something similar in Toyota world? I need to look for a part number of a broken push type zip tie that holds a cable to the frame, and I just can't find it. All I can find is very high-level and basically unorganized. Go figure.

    Alot of them
Alot of the Toyota dealers sites have parts searches, but that particular tie that you are looking for isn't showing in them. There are a couple other members looking for thebsame thing.

Make your own. Buy a big as zip tie, drill a hole in it and add a friction push pin to it. Then zip tie it to your harness, push the pin into the frame hole and clip the excess off

I have a variety of push type zip ties, but they don't fit: the hole is too wide and is not round.

What bothers me is that I can't find a part number... I want to pay Toyota my dollars and I can't.
