What height setting would you recommend for me with the 6112’s? I do a bunch of highway driving and bring it on the sand every weekend at the beach. I won’t be doing any major off roading with it.

If you want your truck level, and don't plan on lifting the rear at all, have it set on the 1.9" clip position.

True level (well, close enough) is in fact 1.9", but I hold that a Tundra that is truly level looks nose high just with how the cab/roofline and wheel wells are setup. I always strongly encourage folks to maintain 1" of level on the 07-21 Tundys for that reason. We ended up landing him on 1.3" :)

If you want it level and get rid of the left rear gas tank lean go 1.9 on the front left and 1.3 on the front right. It will be perfectly level front to back and left to right...

Has anyone in this thread paired the 6112/5160 with Wheeler's Front & Rear Superbumps? How does the bottom-out feel compared to stock bumps?

I've had both. Duro bumpstops control bottom out much better than superbump stops.

6112s at 1.9” setting with 3/8” spacer, 2.75” total lift. 5160s and RAS with about 1.5" lift (will likely settle a bit). 1 1/8” rake.

Getting ready to do this on my 2018 TRD OR

Here's what I've spec'd out per Slee Offroad here in CO, will likely do the install myself. Looking for any feedback.

6112/5160 Front/Rear at 2.5" setting in front. Going to do a leaf replacement with the OME pack since I plan to also add a FWC Project M in the next few months, may have to add a leaf after that due to weight.

285/75/17 Falken Wildpeaks or BFG KO2's with Method 316 Matte Black 17x8 25mm offset

SPC UCA and replacing the LCA as well since my ball joints are almost shot.

Vendor said I shouldn't do a diff drop since it would actually do more harm than good on the CVs due to the way Toyota designed the diff.

Any thoughts on this setup? Don't really want to poke the tires more than an inch outside the wheel well so I'm hoping the 25mm offset will be minimal enough to accomplish this. Are the CB shims really needed to adjust for the weight of the 36 gal fuel tank?

I've also never heard of the issue with the diff drop, any experts have some insight there?

Agree with the not needing diff drop part, also why replace UCA? I didn't replace UCA and my alignment was within spec.

here is the video my friend Kai did about diff drop, hope it helps.

    Interesting video, thanks for sharing!

Ball joints are almost shot so have to replace the UCAs and LCAs anyway, might as well knock it all out!

During the install, do you have to take the tie rod ends loose or is there enough room to just disconnect the lower control arm and slide the strut out and new strut in?

You dont need to loosen tie rod ends. Disconnecting the upper or lower control arm should grant you enough clearance.

What 3/8" spacer did you use? Same on both sides? And I'm digging the AGP wheels, do you have any pictures of the poke with the +18 offset?
