What is "under dash OEM receptacle"? Are you talking about the cigarette lighter power?

Power outlet fuses in the Toyota Tundra are both in the dash as 'ACC', and in the under-hood engine fuse/relay panel as 'PWR OUTLET 1' and 'PWR OUTLET 2'.

This is covered in the Owner's manual.
