Not that I have heard and when you compare pretty much all the cat plate vendors out there, they've got roughly the same amount of ventilation holes other than maybe ********* has quite a bit more.

I'm hoping to run some testing on my plate with the 3rd gen Tundra this summer while driving/towing and see if there are any issues but there's quite a bit of space between the plate and the cats and room for air flow and I haven't seen the temps climb on the dash gauge.

You need to buy a Diamondback cover and put it on the underside.

 

Fair enough. The libation fridge is an excellent secondary location. I also put them on tool boxes and my chemical cabinet.
