    Flux capacitor!
Sorry to hear about this. No I haven't had that happen before. First thing I would do I video it on your phone next time it happens. Do you have any other water lines running in that same wall? I have seen on some homes a water line that didn't get strapped down and is under pressure can vibrate. I would try turning the AC on a lower setting so the outside condenser turns on. See if that causes the any more vibrations.

Now that they have cut the drywall, you can see there is nothing but a black iron gas line running in that wall and it is ran by itself away from the line set and is solid. This noise is all the time that the AC is on so it's not like we are dealing with having to replicate the issue or anything. They have said it is no doubt their issue just everything they are doing isn't working and now they are out of ideas so they're calling Trane in to look at it. I'm hoping I get a new system out of it because I'm starting to think I got a lemon.

Good thing about it is, I'm still in the first year of ownership so everything is covered 100%.

Just threw on the carbon/ceramic pads today to go with the rotors. I'll give you an update in a couple days.
