What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Im not even in thr running for low mileage '21s.

It's not on purpose. I telecommute so weeknds and errands is the only time it stretches its legs.

 

The progressive lights that change the intensity and beam angles (been a while since I read about it) but it changes based on GPS speed and the beam can move the beam when you turn the steering wheel also. Now the big question, was it Rigid or Garmin or someone else? I remember seeing a drone view of the lights at night on switchbacks, was pretty cool

 

Rigid had/has this I believe it’s the adapt system

Changed inner & out tie rods, cv axle, upper and lower control arms, new brakes, wheel bearing.

 

Can you tell me what brand the roof rack is? How do you like it?

Curious to know if your kit came with a different camera than shown in video and instructions. I purchased a camera mount specifically based on their video and pictures shown on the web listing and now it requires to be mounted vertically. I'm going to have to take a look at my grill and figure out how I'm going to make that happen. The original camera could be mounted vertical or horizontal and image corrected with a wire clip. Might be a problem with the Pro Grill

where did you get the screen protector?

 

It came with this Camera and I didn't need to buy any mounts. I just drilled a small hole. Not sure which grille you're using which may require a mount. I'm also pretty sure its the same camera in the video.

Did you find oem cv axles in stock, or did you go aftermarket?

Yeah, the problem is that new kits are now shipping with a different camera. They are calling it the "HD Camera" and when checking the anytime camera website, it looks like they are out of stock on "Premium Cameras" and are only shipping "HD Camera". The camera you have is the Premium and can be mounted vertical or horizontal. You have yours mounted horizontal. The camera they shipped me can only be mounted vertical and has a very specific mounting orientation. I'm going to call them today and see if they have any premium cameras they can send, or I'll just return the kit. Mounting in the vertical position is not impossible, but I would need to fabricate a bracket a few times to get it right...

Even their instructions have not been updated for this camera, so they send a supplemental sheet because the wires you clip have different functionality. You can no longer clip a wire to flip the image, only to mirror the image for forward use...

It can only be mounted in the orientation shown below, if you were looking at the front of the truck. So those threads need to be vertical, not horizontal

Not to mention that it is no longer as sleek looking

 

Any particular reason you didn't just post it?
