Scratched Tailgate Lettering

The "A" on my SR5 tailgate lettering is scratched, the outer film is torn so don't think touching up is an option. Are there replacement letters I can buy, or could I remove all of the black letters relatively easily if I wanted to go that route (what's the process look like)?

 

I have a brand new set in matte black 20+ shipping if you want it.

 

they come off easy...its just double sided tape. You could heat them up with a hair dryer or heat gun or just do it on a hot day. No holes or anything behind them.

 

How much would shipping be to 67205?

 

Smear on a little black RTV.
