Turn signal bulb

So the turn signal bulb in the headlight unit is done for. I was noticing it actually looks better with that bulb not lighting up. i was wondering if there was a bulb I could place that will still pass current but that won’t actually turn on. My headlights have the sequential amber lighting that turn on when blinker is turned on.
i think that should be good enough.
Is there a bulb for this that I could get at Autozone?
