Xmas lights on Dash…need help with codes…

I’ve got a buddy with a 2nd Gen. Tundra who’s dash lit up after dropping his boat in the lake (and submerging his rear tires in the water).
He jumped the OBDII port and is getting ABS code: 47 as well as VSC:43 & 51
Anybody able to help us understand what these codes are telling him?
My guess is speed sensor but it would be nice to know which one or if that’s correct…

 

Are those ABS codes?? you will need a letter and 2 more numbers... If it was OBD1 it would be more complicated, but in this case autozone or O'reilly can pull codes for free99

 

These are the codes that “flash” when you jump the #4 & #13 pins on your OBDII…two digits only…learned about it from Viktor on tundra talk…he helped me diagnose a faulty wheel speed sensor a few years ago…

 

Viktor G is on here too, very knowledgeable. I'm more familiar with jumping and scavenging the OBD1 than OBD2 is a lot simpler since it will tell you exactly what you need. There is a matrix on here somewhere I can't find it that deals with blinking lights. Best of luck.
