    Hello guys,

Looking for some advice on what tire pressure (PSI) to keep on your tires.

I recently got Falken Wildpeak AT3/Ws size 275/55/20. I reached out to Falken and they suggested 30 PSI in the front and 33 PSI in the rear.

Seems pretty low to me since I have always put around 33-35 PSI for all 4.

I have 2WD if that makes any difference. Falken also explained it would be the same PSI all year round unless your TPM light goes off after driving for a while.

Any insight would be appreciated thank you!

*Edit: FYI they are Extra Load (XL) tires.

If they are standard load and not LT tires I would go by the sticker on driver door jamb. The manufacturer determines that based on payload capacities and suspension setup.

That is exactly what Falken recommended going with!

I have the Extra Load (XL) tires for the ones I have. Does that make a difference compared to standard load?

Looking at this chart here https://www.falkentire.com/load-inflation the 30 and 33 should be fine based on load range assuming the standard range tires were load range 116 which i think they were. If they feel low it wouldn't hurt to increase them. Use the chalk test to determine optimum pressure https://www.intercotire.com/using_chalk_method_determining_psi
