Me either. Leather is the only way in my cars. Cloth seats are like carpet in a house, they hold the dirt and grime and sweat. Leather is like wood or tile. It can be cleaned.

The tundra leather feels like real leather I looked it up and there was some controversy on it but it’s definitely not softtext (owned multiple touotas with softtext)

Tundra_Woods.pngIn my opinion, nice trucks and tents always go together.

Like others have said, Tacoma and 4Runner prices are overvalued compared to the Tundra. But those are considered to be more "lifestyle" vehicles, while the Tundra is valued more for its utility (Pro notwithstanding). Compared against contemporary half tons, the Tundra's resale becomes more favorable.

I love my softopper I took it out to grand Tetons during hurricane Hillary in one 15 minute period it rained almost an inch, the couple in a Coleman tent got drenched so bad when the rain let out they were soaked to the bone, I was completely dry 100 percent and it rained pretty much the entire week, I don’t give a rats rear if it looks bad it’s beyond practical since I camp a ton and also use my truck bed for truck stuff it literally takes less than a minute to take on and off completely and I could do it one handed if need be. By far the most versatile “topper” on the market

Should change your sig or state what year truck in the first post. I also have a 2021 double cab. Mine is just 2WD which is what I wanted. Has 11k miles. I bought it last month for 42k. That was more than the MSRP when it was new. Check out Carmax. That was pretty good deal. I wasn't going to find another one with that low a miles in color I wanted. It was like new and had some nice upgrades.

Calvary blue was one of my top choices. Cement Gray was fav. But I've seen another Double Cab Calvary Blue in person also a Limited and it looked sharp. One of the best Tundra's I've seen. Sorry if I missed something else but don't know why you think resale value is low. The Double Cab isn't as desirable as Crew Cab. So if someone is spending 50k they will likely want the Crew Cab so may be worth a good bit less than Crew Cab with same configuration. That's why I jumped on the Cement Grey. The color only bumps up value a little compared to a new gen 3 Lunar Rock that you have to order with a higher trim level, and still may not get power seats with a 58k SR5. But someone is going to want that Calvary Blue enough to pay more. Don't go by KBB for color. Don't know what else you put into it but probably not getting that back.

The Crew Cab with 4wd holds more value. But for me I got a great deal with great color and I didn't want 4wd. Was ceramic coated, 20 inch factory wheels, ridge grapplers, led lights, floor mats, power seat, 36 gal tank, cross traffic alert, blind spot, power gate lock, etc. Getting 17mpg. Mine will hold value as lot of people here don't need 4wd and just need a nice truck.
