This morning my truck died and I noticed the battery connecting the battery to the fuse box broke. My question is that cable easy to replace? I was able to rig it up to work for now but would like to replace the cable as a whole. Thanks!

I'm assuming the cable broke... I think that cable goes down to the alternator, may be wrong, but extends to the starter. Starter is a bitch to get to, I really hope I'm wrong on the starter side. If it's just the connector, just upgrade the connector and move on.

Remove the cover from the fuse box. If I recall, the cable is bolted to a terminal strip. I don't see it in the diagrams at Sparks, so you may have to take it to the dealer for a part number.

See the black cable running perpendicular to the red cable? That is the cable that goes into the fuse box and that's the cable I need to replace. It appears to go under the fuse box and I am not sure where it goes after that. Thank you everyone!
