My sons 2000 Tundra 4.7 has been in limp mode. Only codes are P0100 and P0101. Replaced the MAF sensor which did not resolve anything. Checked the plug with a multi meter. Five wires, 2 for the temp sensor which works based on the reader. Out of the three left, I’ve learned one is a ground which I have checked, one is the sensor wire which shows 5v, and the remaining is the power wire but I’m not getting any power. I’ve checked all the fuses I can find. Not sure what else to check or where to look. Maybe someone else has some input or ran into a similar issue.

Check for breaks in the power wire, possibly a computer issue?

Curious if your reader showed other codes.....oxygen sensors, P0100 ?
P0100 is one of the codes that causes the ECM to enter Fail-safe mode.

The remaining wire should be red in color for your MY. That 12v B+, protected by EFI NO. 2 fuse, feeds all O2 sensors AND the 12V B+ for the Mass Air Flow sensor. Since it tries to run(limp mode), I don't suspect EFI NO. 1 but you could check and make sure.

    Engine Bay R/B....
