My pup did me DAM proud this evening...

We are finally out & about to make our "Walks" in our retention ponds and tonight a Black Racer ( Florida's rodent patrol for you city folk )

decided to startle Connie and Riva' bit right onto that thing when it tried to come back around at her...In between my Wife's scared a$$

screaming & dancing I signaled Riva' to "Leave it"... just like that the snake disappeared into the bottom brush and the Pup just looked up to make

sure he did well

He went full F@#$ing pointer on that snake & I am a proud owner....he might be getting another Culver's "Pup Cup " tomorrow..He's earned it..

 

Someone is paying attention; musta' got lost in translation

 

Off to the water park with the family for a last hurrah for summer. Had to make sure my headgear is on point.

We’re on a flight home a day early, and won’t be able to make the rescheduled show for next Saturday. I’ve got a feeling there’s gonna be a lot of cheap tickets to that show!

I’d be ok with that - might give me a little more room to head bang, since I just bought tickets to be in it at the Seattle shows

Good friend of mine just got to see Pantera last week. He said it was the best show he's ever seen, and he goes to a shit-ton. It's great to see the old bands still kickin ass (except G'n'R.... put the mic down Axel, you're done)

 

This was my first time seeing Pantera in concert, and I was a little disappointed. Not so much in the quality of them as a band, but whoever was doing the sound for their part of the show was asleep at the wheel. The drums were about the only thing you could hear unless he stopped playing and THEN you could actually hear the guitar, and you couldn't really hear the vocals at all. When Metallica took the stage, the sound was MUCH better.

 

What a clusterfuck this season was, 2 bodies, couple arrests, swimming area never passed a water quality test, and staff infighting. So happy Labor Day is here. Now if fall could hurry up and get here.

 

OOOHHH Bad sound guys are the worst. I think they do that intentionally sometimes to make the headliner sound better, but when the supporting act is headliner quality. I'm sure if I tried hard enough I could explain the relevance in this; you don't go to a stripclub during the day on a weekday. You'll either understand this or you won't

It's been a banner mail day for me. First @Tripleconpanna hooked me up and then I got an early birthday gift from my wife.



He had a prototype Deslin top that doesn't conduct heat that we bought along with the standard aluminum top. Has velcro at the top for a Ranger Eye patch.
