Welcome. What is the service history like? You can find a 2019 Tundra maintenance guide here:
    https://www.toyota.com/owners/resources/warranty-owners-manuals.tundra.2019

Whatever you don't see on the service history that should've been done is what I would get busy doing. PS fluid, brake fluid, diffs and transfer case drain and fill, drain and fill trans fluid as mentioned above, etc...

Enjoy that truck. It'll likely never let you down.

Welcome from OKC! If the battery is factory, it's overdue. Grease the driveshaft u joints and slip yoke, lube the brake caliper pins, run a few cans of Berryman's chemtool injector cleaner through a half tank of fuel. Replace the thermostat and flush the coolant. All that in conjunction with what has already been mentioned above.

YW, my new 2021 was only lightly greased inside the slip yoke boot. I wouldn't have known had I not found a stub of barbed wire poking up in a pasture of weeds. Damn stub just happened to land in the u joint and pulled about 20 feet of old wire up from below the surface along with two old rusty t posts. Still can't believe it happened. Was a damn disaster and a chore cutting it out about 15" at a time with a junk pair of needle nose pliers. It tore the boot, so I had to replace it. Luckily I have added 4" channel iron perpendicular to the frame rails on my truck and that prevented any damage from the t posts. Otherwise, I might have lost the fuel tank. Just never guessed there was a stub of barbed wire there in what just looked like weeds and small brush.Fun times!
