    Hey guys,

I saw a post saying the Daytime Running Light connector should be on the fenderwell but I looked on my 2005 and couldn't find any such gray connector either plugged or unplugged.

My truck does not currently have DRL's but I'd like to enable them so I went digging in the underhood fuse boxes.

To me it looks like this box is missing quite a few things and one is labeled DRL. Does anyone have any info on what exactly goes here? It appears to be a relay, but it also looks like I'm missing another relay that's simply marked "dimmer" and 4 fuses that are labeled H-LP LL , H-LP RL, H-LP LH , and H-LP RH

Are these missing things all related?

I'm also slightly confused by the map because it looks like there's a ST and T relay next to dimmer but i'm only seeing the purple rectangular one in the fuse box.

Just got this truck last month so I don't have a ton of history on it.

So there’s no connector for it between the battery and inner wall of the fender? Should be a gray connector, two wires I believe.

    Negative, here's the fenderwell.

Also looking at my photo of the fuse box I'm not convinced there's actually wire terminals in the missing spots to take a relay, I'll have to look closer at it in the daylight tomorrow.

The "map" is like my 04 and why Toyota added the T in a circle I can't say. All 1st Gen Tundra Owners Manual show the more correct picture as seen in the below from an 05 OM.

Similar to my 04 without DRL, you are definitely missing things and yes they are all related. You'll need both the Dimmer relay and DRL No. 4 relay, along with the fuses.

When you take a peak at the relay missing spots, pretty sure you'll find an empty holes for Dimmer and DRL No. 4. The pic below is empty holes on my 04 for DRL relay and Heater relay socket with terminals.

You have a chore ahead given most of the wire is not part of the harness.
