I started eating at United. $8.11 for a decent meal. Today's special was fish.

Even BOGO is not enticing enough for me to want Subway. They are my last resort for subs.

Nah, I know what you mean. I hardly buy subs anyway since paying over $10 for one is not appealing at all. I usually make my own if I can.

Scrubway and Taco Hell are two of the only restaurants I've gotten food poisoning from in my lifetime. TWICE. From both. I don't eat at either anymore. "Screw me once..." yadda yadda

 

Our Subways aren't even close to being like that unless you goto the Walmart ones where the employees are a little less hygienic to put it mildly. I keep to the Mom and Pop franchise stand alone stores. No guarantee but a little less likely.

 

I thought you Texans were obligated to shop at HEB.

 

I think they have Albertsons and like one other supermarket chain.

 

I just watched The Fifth Element. What a terrible movie. For some reason I couldn't turn it off.

Unfortunately for Beau, I don't think Amarillo has an HEB or a Buccees.

 

HEB, Kroger, Fiesta, Buccees, Walmart, Target

 

My local subway is pretty good. The girl knows me & has mostly memorized my custom sandwich.

& i made a leeloo haloween costume for a gf out of white duct tape. Sooooo hot.

I just shop at Aldi since it's dirt cheap, but I've also bought a pig, and half a cow for the freezer this year.
