I heard archaeologists plant fake bones in the ground, then dig them up and claim dinosaurs were real.
    Thoughts?

I did see a ouija board do this. Only it flew across the room. It did all sorts of crazy stuff that night. The next morning it went in the trash.

I believe that is just a man masquerading as a bird. I mean, how else is a bird gonna type and post stuff on a forum? More evidence that birds aren't real.. or the real bird are actually something else...

The original part of our house was built in the 1890's. The dining room, which I'm currently working on was one of the original rooms. Somebody remodeled the house in the 1990's and added a few rooms. In doing so, they took out one of the windows from the Dining room and the room directly above it. However, they framed around the old window and stuck a big piece of plywood in it.

Soon after we moved here, my wife thought she saw shadows moving and my daughter thought she heard me calling her name. I sleep downstairs, in a room off of the dining room, and I'd wake up to find my old dog sitting in the dining room, staring down the hallway. My cat would do it too.

So our house is cool and we are asked to be part of the town's tour of homes. People are coming in here that grew up in this town and said that our house was exorcised at some point because it was haunted. Heard that a few more times through the years. However, if it was haunted, it felt like it was a friendly presence, like Casper. :)

So, this last Sunday, I finally pulled out the window frame and sealed it up with drywall. Monday morning, I was sitting in the kitchen and I thought I saw something out of the corner of my eye in the dining room. About an hour later, I was exercising and my wife walked in the room to tell me she could've sworn she saw somebody standing in the dining room.

Early this morning, my daughter heard something walking up the stairs and thought it was me. She said the cat was in her lap and moved her ears to listen. My wife said something go knocked off one of the side tables and woke her up - then she felt like something was laying next to her.

I don't necessarily believe in ghosts but I don't necessarily not believe in ghosts. Now I'm wondering if the people that remodeled the house had it exorcised and maybe were told to leave the original window outlines as some kind of spiritual thing.

So yeah, I don't really know. If there is a ghost and it's friendly then it can stay. If there's another ghost who's an asshole then it can go. I really don't have the time or patience to be dealing with them.

I've seen a similar thing before. That window is a portal to hell and the previous owners smartly covered it up with special demon/Satan blocking plywood. Everything was good until your dumb ass removed the special plywood and replaced it with plain old drywall, which we all know, doesn't do a damn thing against demons and/or Satan.

On the plus side, both demons and Satan get a bad rap, they can be cool dudes and they know how to party.

It did look like a special piece of "Holy Plywood." Maybe I need to drill a hole in the wall and squirt some holy water in there.

Breaking news: Outbound was found dead in his home this morning with three gunshot wounds. Experts have determined that he was wracked with guilt after threatening to expose the truth and committed suicide and they've closed the investigation.

Fat chance. They wouldn't dare. Taking me out would be proof that I have proof and the proof would be out.

As a not so great Canadian once said; "A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven."
