After looking at the BakFlip G2 and Undercover Flex I decided on the Undercover for a couple reasons.

    1) I liked the FRP over the aluminum because of possible denting. I know BackFlip makes a FRP version but the cost is even more.
    2) 3 year warranty vs 1-2 year
    3) 400lb vs 300lb weight limit
    4) I like that it folds up and is locked in with struts and is not against my cab.

The only thing I'm not sure about betweent the two is that it is attached to my bed rails and appears to block the use of the tie down hooks that attach to the rails. Anyone else know about this or have a solution for it?

I have the bakflip fibermax and I bought a kit to drop the rails down so u can still use the tie downs. It's just a metal braket. Easy install. I believe it was $50.

Cool thanks for the info. Where did you get the bracket from?

Thanks, I'll start searching on their website. Don't suppose you have any more info on it?
