New member here with a 2007 Tundra SR5.
Im getting older and thinking about getting a new car-something that would not jar my teeth loose like the truck does. Looked at quite a few and decided that I like my truck better than an y of them so decided to keep it and try to make it more driveable with some upgrades. So far Ive installed a backup camera and looking to get some better riding tires IE Michelins.
Any tips toward my goal would be taken seriously and appreciated!
    Love my Tundra
    Bud

The Michelin Defender is what you want. Original suspension?.....could be worn out.

I think suspension is ok-its always rode rough. Ill see about the Defenders. I wore out a set of Michelins on it and should have replaced them with Michelins but greed took over and i got some WalMart cheapies so its on me.
    Thanks for your response

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Another vote for the Defenders. I've been running those on all my vehicles for years. Long lasting, great water shedding, and stopping friction.

Appreciate the input Kelly and all over getting some new rubber (Defenders) for my old truck. Cant get over how dependable they are.
BTW Mine is the 5.7 and has dealer installed duals (by Borla) on it. Not interested in a new Tundra with a V6 and turbochargers. Gimme my V8 anyday.
BTW pardon my ignorance but what is a 2020 SSM 1794?
I always thought Fl was lower Alabama LOL!

MOST of FL is lower than MOST of AL, but PARTS of AL are lower than PARTS of FL :D

:D I've been through plenty of hurricanes. I'm just picky about where I live. I stay away from any house that has even the most remote chance of flooding, and I keep pine trees far away from any of my structures (I did learn that the hard way in Katrina).
