    Do you have wireless CarPlay enabled? My older ILX used to freak out when I tried to charge my phone and had wireless CarPlay enabled. Creates a loop of sorts.

    Is anyone experiencing signal issues with SiriusXM and the Alpine? I have called multiple times to refresh the signal and verified all connections were good. I'm using the SiriusXM antenna adapter for the stock antenna that was previously used with my old Kenwood. I'm at a loss here...

    Make sure you've got the XM antenna connected to the adapter and not the GPS by accident!

    I activated mine last night and the SXM website crashed. I did get it activated but it borked the whole transfer process (moving subscription from truck I never drive/am selling to the Tundra).

    SXM is an utter shitshow of a company, always has been.

    EDIT: If you are getting the preview channel audio reliably, it is an on them thing. Older headunits had a SXM signal strength reading somewhere in the menus, I have not seen one on these.

    Yes, you have it. All 2014+ trucks that have the amp under the seat (that includes yours) have the GPS antenna, even if it didn't come with NAV. That's why it was so easy to add it just by swapping in a Toyota HU that did have it.
