A place here doesn’t really list closing hours, they just stick a sign on the door “sold out”

Theres a whole lotta' wasted prep/cook time if you don't sell out. Selling out causes customers to have FOMO, and sets the expectation that sometimes you will not have what they want.

I just built a balancer for a few bucks.
I'll post the video if I can find it. Worked for my Pius. Which I bought after walking away from an overpriced 1st gen Insight with a suspect battery.

True. There's an amazing old world German bakery about an hour outside of Austin that (before the new building) used to have limited space and would sell out by noon everyday. Now they usually have enough for everyone most of the day.
It's called Hruska's in Ellinger, TX

Good point. I'd give that one two gens because of the swap from 3.0 to 3.4 :p

the T-100 is not a Tundra anymore than the Pickup pre 1995 was a Tacoma. Or is it…..

T100 was the tweener. Surprisingly capable despite its awkward appearance and doesn’t really know what it’s supposed to be.

I'm give you that. It was the midsize before the segment really existed, trying to compete with fullsizes
