    What is it with vehicles that burn oil? I haven't had one of those since the early 90's, so I've grown slack checking the oil between 10-20k OCI's.

    Anyone else ever pulled the dipstick up and find there's just soot on the bit that should be covered in oil? :eek2:

    Now I'm off to Google 'how long can a 4.0l Frontier engine run without oil', bloody thing took 3 quarts to hit the stick again.
