Got a full spare and was able to stuff it under the bed. Had to grind a few guide pieces off and it's def a tight fit but works for now. Temporary till I figure another solution or get Toytec's shackles that may give me more clearance

How big is your spare? Did you need to cut exhaust.

305/70r18 (35.1 × 12.4). I have turn downs that dump after the muffler so the tails aren't an issue. Otherwise I would risk rubbing the tire and melting on the tails.

Yeah I think the issue is with the driver side tail. It's doable but will be close. I know @joonbug and I think @dcsleeper408 have oversized spares under their beds too. Not sure if they have duals

The shackle bolt rubs on the tire. I'm planning on either reversing the bolt or switching to Toytec since they are thinner

@Flyin808 if you cut the tabs down low you can maneuver the 35" away from the exhaust. If you have cb shackles it will be VERY close to those.

My shackle bolts are too close for comfort for me. I'm gonna reverse the bolt and see if that works and if not then try the toytecs

Thanks for the info definitely my next step is to ditch the blocks on the rear and go to shackles and trim to get a spare under the truck.

Hey Kris you may want to try to cycle your rear suspension as much as possible and do a visual. Looks like even if reverse the bolt, the shackle itself is going to have rub issues. Easiest to try a suspension cycle is find a mound of dirt and get one side to "stuff". Not trying to school you as I know you have done plenty of off-roading, just don't want to see that tire limit your ride or ruin some of that pretty tread o_O

Yeah I was planning on lowering it in the morn to see how much it's really rubbing after driving on it around town today. I want to cycle it into the rotation so def don't want to mess up the tread. It's more temporary right now and would never wheel with it under there. Most likely it will end up locked up in the bed lol. Good looking out though bud!!

I was hoping that you had the same experience & could tell me what is going on. I'm wondering if it's being caused by the hypertech speedo calibrator. It never did this before I installed & it is happening more frequent. Sucks driving to work on the interstate in the am with no speedo & no dash lights.

Wait your speedo and dash lights don't work? Wonder if you disconnected something by accident durring the install. I would call Hypertech and see what's going on. My dash only lit up like an xmas tree when I first started it back up because the battery was disconnected for nore than 20 mins. That resets everything so it's normal that all the lights came on. It all cleared within a few mins of driving.

It happened once after I installed last November & I assumed electrical glitch because my door locks are jacked up. Then it happened a few months later & again in another couple of months. Now it happens daily. Sometimes I start up the truck & it's business as usual. Sometimes it's a turd.

I love the STT Pros. They look amazing and ride quality is awesome especially offroad. A little noisy on the highway and my mpgs tanked after I put these on since they weight like 80lbs a piece. If you're thinking of going the same size (305s) you'll most likely need wheel spacers to help with the offset on the stock wheels and also a CMC. Otherwise 295s might be your best bet and seem to have the best fitment with stock pro suspension and wheel setup.
