The better a burger, the messier it is. It's a law of nature.
If a burger is amazing, it is impossible that it is not all over my hands, my shirt, my pants, the table, the floor,........
The best way to eat an amazing burger is to lay down a tarp on the floor, strip nekkid and just roll around in the burger.

Yep, I'm over it. It says we're around 200 but it looks worse than that to me.

I assume you guys are getting the smoke from the fire just west of Spokganistan? That looks pretty bad.

We're apparently queued up for some smoke the next few days from I think a big fire in Vancouver, Canada. Don't think it is going to be as bad as you guys however. Stay safe.

 

I've got it a little worse than most, being gluten free. A GF bun is just not really that structurally sound, and it winds up falling apart. Regardless of how manly I think I am, I'm going to be eating the last 1/4 or so of the burger with a fork. And still having juice all over my hands.

 

The wind was blowing south yesterday so most of ours is coming from canuckistan or the one that is in Elk, WA

 

We've had a summer of horrible wildfire smoke up here in the northeast. I feel you pain.

I can eat a burger without getting too messy. My wife can't eat the smallest, neatest burger without getting both hands filthy.

Yep. It helps some. Y'all might not know about Rodeo Goat, but it has juicy delicious burgers and great fries, and I come out of there needing a shower. There are much better GF buns in the world, but not many better burgers. The burgers look like the pics on the web site when they hit the table. If any of you ever make it down to N.TX, it'll be my treat. Unless you're already here, then just drive over and it'll be my treat.
