It appears that my actuator has went out. I have a 2017 Platinum edition Tundra. The other 3 doors unlock and open though.
I ordered a actuator, but can open the door to fix it.
    What can I do?
I called a locksmith, but he didn’t think he could unlock it and didn’t try.

Can you just manually move the lock switch from the inside? Just rotate the little block on the top right of the door handle until it’s in the unlocked position or is your problem that the lock itself won’t disengage?

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! If manually unlocking doesn't work, you might have to resort to old school methods like a slim jim.

The manual lock won’t work either. And pushing from inside or pulling from outside won’t open it either.
The locksmith I tried using didn’t appear to be the brightest. But when I said i wanted him to try a slim Jim, he said it wouldn’t work.
I honestly don’t think he knew what he was doing.

If the manual lock won’t work either, then I think a slim Jim might be your only option. Also, if the manual lock won’t work then I think an actuator might not be your only problem. Whatever connects the actuator and the manual lock to the actual door latch must be broken or separated. I had this problem on my old dodge (total pos), but I imagine that it’s not terribly different on our trucks.
