I've always wanted to visit the PNW. It looks like some of the most beautiful country there is. I sure as hell wouldn't be going to see any of the major cities. They're the same in every state.
But I'm worried about bigfoot.

 

CT doesn't dictate open vs concealed, but I never open carry. I always feel like people that due are looking for attention, and that is the exact opposite of my grey man objective.

Is this the one in the center, just north of Zeb's, opposite side of the street? Or is this the one down next to Adventure Suites?

We tend to stay just south at Saco Family Campground (the gem hidden behind TJMax and the now closed Xmas Tree Shop.

 

Every good place in New England has exploded. It's too bad, really. We were lucky enough to still travel with the kids during the pandemic because we're a self-contained trailer, which got us into some really nice campgrounds that we are now booking a year in advance (some let you book same site, same weekend only, a year out). Lake George is bananas as well.

Fwiw, the trade industry is beyond desperate for labor. They don't even care about finding skilled labor. They just need bodies. They're scraping the bottom of the barrel right now. (Not something I read about, something I see in person, every day).
I heard a comment on the radio that young people are whining about boomers not retiring and hogging all the good jobs.
Bullshit!! The old timers are all dying and retiring and there's no one to fill their shoes.
These piss pots must be talking about cushy 6 figure jobs that people have had for 30 yrs and feel like they should be handed directly out of college. Eat shit!
