Penmanship is dying

Checks are probably the worse thing to receive. It's basically an IOU of unicorn farts. There is no way to know if the check is creditable or not.

 

You hear that @gosolo ? You're being paid with hopes and dreams!

 

My whole existence is, and always has been, an existential construct of hopes and dreams, occasionally interrupted and sometimes interspersed with despair and disappointment resulting from the fermentation of reality in the recesses of my mind. Checks, checks, what is a check? Is it really that hard slam from your opponent on ice? Check the boxes, check to see what the sound was that awoke you suddenly in the night, check your coat at the door. Oh my, the pathos and the pain…

I rent an apartment with a coworker in the town where we work instead of staying in the crummy work camp. We pay the rent with Interac e-transfer. It's secure, traceable, instantaneous and I can pull the records in about 30 seconds on my phone.

The mortgage on my house is withdrawn automatically from my bank account.

 

I think cursive is here to stay, after all how would we be able to write our names on the snow when we have to pee?
