No, like I said not the door actuator. Eventually going to take the truck to the dealer later this year to see what they can come up with.

4 month update - door lock start working again with FOB out of the blue. Have no idea why but somehow it fixed itself.

Mechanic friend of mine thinks the main body computer thinks it is already unlocked and therefore won’t do anything with fob, key, or door switch. Bringing it to him next Saturday to scan.

Anyone get this issue repaired yet? Actuator replaced. Doors all lock with fob and door switch. 3 doors unlock with fob and door switch. Driver door does not unlock with fob or door switch or the key.

I get lucky and spray some lube in the lock and on the door actuators. Worked on a 2010 prius old owner said it has not worked 3 years. Spryed it down still works

If the key doesn't work you likely didn't get the actuator lined up on the bar that comes off the key lock and fits into the back side of the actuator. Back side being the side towards the door handle. That is what makes the driver's door more difficult to replace than the other 3 doors - the key lock. BTDT.

Something was broken off the actuator inside where the gears are. Maybe that was my fault when I replaced the motor in the actuator. Mechanic got the key to work with a replacement actuator. Says the truck has a body control module that control's accessories said that this will need to be replaced.. for the fob and door button to unlock. Happy with the key working now but $697 in the hole
