    I'll add....

    It appears most of these fly-by-night EV makers are just after Federal $'s.

    look at every EV maker (including Tesla) that has taken in Federal $'s or have benefited from "Credits"

    nowhere in this equation has the free market supported EV's - other than Tesla.


    same logic applies to wind & solar.


    it's all one big grift.

    I’d still rather have the Porsche. That particular one makes you feel alive with the sounds it generates. Electric cars are just a soulless glimpse in to the dystopian future.

    Paint is heavy and weight is an enemy of efficiency. I could see them not putting as thick of a coat on to save the weight and help with range.

    I tried...they treated me like SHIT. pretentious assholes.

    so we have a MS* now & it's faster & I saved $150k.


    the GT3 sounds lovely...the Turbo S...not so much.


    *don;t ask me If i got the federal "credits". that would only later me up!

    I enjoyed the turbo s on the track. It was loud and the turbo whistle and blow offs were great.

    I’ve got no interest in ever actually buying a Porsche as I’d rather drop the coin on a z06.

    The comments on cars having "souls" always makes me giggle. Cars don't have souls. I think the word people are looking for is "drama". ICE cars have a lot more drama than EV's. But that's the beauty of an EV - no drama, wild performance! I love ICE cars, will always have them. But I'll always have an EV as well - can't beat EV for daily's.

    Us car guys are always one car away from the perfect garage...until the next car!
