Radio Presets

Good afternoon all,

I didn’t continue the Sirius XM service and am now trying to remove the radio presets. I’ve gone through the multimedia owners manual and the only thing I can find is clearing the AM/FM reception history which doesn’t do anything with the presets.

Has anyone else been able to figure out how to delete presets? Thank you in advance for any help/guidance!

Just a guess but when on a pre set channel click heart top right. Think it will go away

Thanks. Unfortunately, once the Sirius subscription ends, when you touch that station, a message pops up (see attached).

 

There is a fix for this but I can't remember exactly how I did it. I had the same problem. You need to display the favorites in a different screen than the view above then you can unfavorite them. Play around a bit and you will find it.

 

Are you just looking to remove the favorites/channels that show on the left side of your screen? In that case, you can tune into one of them and press the heart on the upper right an it will turn from red to the background color and that will remove it from the left side of the screen.

 

The problem is that dialog box gets in the way. You can't tune to a channel you don't subscribe to so you can't click on the little heart. You have to go to Radio>Favorites, then tune to a favorite that works. Then on the left side of the screen will be a list of all of your favorites. At the top of the list there's an Edit link which will allow you to unfavorite without tuning to a station.
