Hi all, I just got back from vacation and my truck sat for a little over a week. Right when I got back I had 2 codes. Code one was P0300 and 2 was P0303 P0307. These were only pending and not actually popped.

Total misfires for cylinder three were 6 for cylinder 3 and 2 misses for cylinder 7.

One thing to note is my truck sat on empty for the whole week.

No coolant smell, cannot feel the truck miss or hesitate and the oil is not milky and I've not lost any coolant.
Spark plugs have been changed recently (less than 10k miles ago)but my valve covers are leaking(getting ready to do that in the next few days). There is oil on the ignition coils and plugs.
    The truck is a 2008 5.7 with 230k miles.
Current data from the truck is:

I would check that ground cable that gets attached to the inner fender by the battery. If that's good

I would swap those coils to the opposite banks and start the truck, if they switch it's the coils.

If that's good, then I would look for damaged wiring due to a rodent feast.

^^^ you can check for rodent damage , I also ask how did you drive on VK? I know if I get evap code I get some miss fire data but not what triggers CEL and its from from driving frisky ;). But always having a leaky val cover gasket could also mean spark plug gasket which could result in some miss fires until burnt off. When did a CEL or what triggered you to find the codes happen, how many start up since / what VK look like driving ect.?

Nothing in particular triggered me to check for codes. I just got in the habit of checking periodically due to coming from a ford truck lol. Yeah I know the spark plug tunes on bank 2 in particular a leaking pretty bad. So far cylinders 3 and 7 having missed once since the post. I'm going to throw new plugs and the valve covers at the truck the next day off I get. I'll report back then

Edit: we didn't take the tundra due to gas prices. It's more of a work truck. She sat for about a week and half nearly empty
