Agreed. And a lot of people believe that the President(both current and past) are not even aware of what's going on. Obama specifically said he asked for info on aliens and was told they don't exist. So that's either true or these groups are acting on their own without oversight.

And the reality is, we don't even know who exists in that group. I don't even think the President does. Which is a dumpster fire, he's at the top of the Executive branch and have all insight at least into who knows what, and who is tied to what. There is no way to appeal their decision either.

It's still not clear to me, I keep hearing about that being done by Executive Order, but apparently that EO may be classified? It's baffling for me, but maybe because I don't fully understand or we lack sufficient information.

Most of our drop ceilings are crammed full of shit, in narrow hallways, which makes filter changes on air handlers a nightmare. Other buildings have hard lids with access panels for our units, crammed in aswell making filter changes awesome; usually have to remove the door closer for the panel to drop/clear. Not to mention most of our air handlers are 100% outside air, and they wonder why they leak every year during monsoons(rainy season in the SW)

Two thoughts:
1. If there are in fact secrets, members of the US Congress are the least qualified people to be entrusted
2. I like to believe that when we confirm the existence of other worlds, that the people of Earth might finally become united, and begin to act in our common interest (Yay Earth!)

Yesterday was a breath of fresh air because both parties participated in the hearing and were respectful. I'd like to think if there is any hope of healing the divide here, this would be it.

But as I'm learning, most people simply don't care about this topic. Unless aliens land on the White House lawn tomorrow, most people won't believe it. Even then, half the country would claim it's a hoax. It would be like that movie Don't Look Up.

So yeah, I'll probably keep this shit to myself from now on before I start looking like the crazy conspiracy dude of the Tundra forum.

I mean I'm kind of ambivalent about it. Like if aliens are real it's not really going to affect my daily life. It's cool but not really a terrible surprise to find out we're not alone in the universe.

The "aliens" are demons from hell coming up to set a cover story to deny the Rapture. When the Rapture happens, people left behind will buy the story that aliens took off with a bunch of humans.

At this point, I'm thinking it may not be any less plausible. Beings from other planets, other dimensions, Hell, the fairy kingdom, Neverland etc. Whichever you like.

It's funny because, like, that gif is actually true. Except the conformity messaging is coming via screens, and we're eating it up. We can't get away from screens. Computer screens. Smartphone screens. TV screens. In your face all day, feeding the "reality" your chosen team outlet needs you to believe.
