This shit is crazy NEED HELP!!!!

Recommend you find an alignment specialist at a shop for modified offroad suspensions. As @joonbug indicates, there appears IMO to have been some unorthodox hammer technique applied to the cam eccentric stops and LCA.

Since there are front and rear stops on each wheel, I'm thinking those stops should be making contact about the same time with factory setup; i.e. on full lock turn to the right, the front knuckle stop (large primary stop) should contact on the driver-side, and the secondary passenger-side knuckle stop (rear) should contact more-or-less simultaneously.

The flexing of your driver side suspension appears to result from the driver-side knuckle stop (front) making contact well before the other side, and the power steering rack forcing the driver-side LCA to move forward. LCA forward movement continues until all driver-side LCA bushing travel is completely squashed, the steering rack hits an internal stop, or until the passenger-side knuckle contacts the rear stop on the passenger side. Not good for steering rack or LCA bushings.

I think @BobsYourUncle is right, your tie rod ends are improperly adjusted causing steering rack to be off-center. Further, your alignment is being brute-forced by a hack. An alignment specialist is probably going to have to start by centering the rack, then, beginning with the inner tie rod ends, precision adjust everything out to the wheels.

Ok guys it's getting it check know... Right now I'm voting on that either the LCA is lose or the steering is off-center causing to hit the stop way before the wheel is at full lock

 

2 obvious problems are visible, first is alignment, need a better alignment shop. The alignment cam in the picture is upside down(blue arrow), this bends the mount and creates a gap that reduces clamping force and allows movement(red arrow).

2nd is the bushings, they are visually worn and the sleeve is pulling out of the control arm. Took some pics off a spare set for comparison.

 

Good diagnostics! I had suspected something had to be upside down, backwards, inverted, or just the wrong specification or faulty parts were used.

 

Ok guys that was a total crap shoot It still does it... That alignment shop is shit... I'm at another one right now. I told them about the backwards alignment cam... On Tuesday I'm going to CTM customs I'm done with bs alignment...

Don't let it get you down, we all have our moments both good and less than good. However you see it, just be thankful you have the truck, you had or were able to take the time and a whole bunch of people learned a few things from you because you shared this whole experience. It could always be worse bro! I mean sometimes people attempt this stuff and unfortunately end up dead when the truck falls on them. Hang tough and rock on!

Ok it seems like the dip is alot better after the 2nd alignment..

 

But it no where close. I'm going to CTM customs in Tuesday and tell them about the dip... Both of those alignments are pretty bad... I checked and all the cam tabs are parallel with the bolt, it was the picture that threw it off my bad...

 

Yes you were right, I told the alignment guy that the alignment cam is backwards I asked them can you fix it and he said sorry everything is in the green. So it is still backwards as of right now..

I’m not an alignment expert but total toe and caster look way too high. @Ruggybuggy what say you?

 

Yes your right it way off THIS IS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR...
Camber 0. 0
Caster 3.0. 3.3 without affecting camber
Toe. 0.12. 0.12. Total toe 0.24+

 

Ok guys it's just got weirder... The dip and vibration went away after the 2nd alignment yesterday... The alignment cam is still backwards.. CTM customs will fix that and fix my alignment.. my theory to all of this is that the driver side LCA was not tighten to 200ft causing the vibration and causing the dip.. the 1st alignment shop that originally align my truck didn't tighten the LCA completely and than I went back their again yesterday and told them my issues and they didn't even touch my LCA. The second shop did and no more problem..

 

Old thread but the problem was never the LCA. It was a bent wheel bearing. I replaced them about a year ago and never followed up but I found out by rotating my tires myself and found out that the driver side wheel would not sit flush with the wheel bearing but once torque down it looked normal very strange. So moral of the story is don’t jack your truck on one side for too long or you will have a bent wheel bearing.

Yes pretty simple my truck is 2wd makes it a lot easier.

 

Do you have a picture of this bent "wheel bearing"?

 

Was it bent or not seated properly on install? How did it not vibrate like hell being bent?

 

It did vibrate but it wasn’t consistent. And no I don’t have a picture of the bent wheel bearing.
