    Seems like most people here got the TRD. I got the SR5 with the XP packadge. I am missing out on a lot of parts of will it be cheaper to upgrade my suspension and exhaust myself?

    Absolutely yes. IMO it's better to go with SR5 and do your own upgrades the way YOU want it. Plenty of help here on how to do it. (We like helping you spend money) (Wisely of course!!!) My 07 now has more installed upgrades than what you get with TRD trim except I don't have the stickers and fancier crappy stereo than my non fancy crappiest stereo. And at a fraction of the cost. (TRD stickers on eBay-$25 bucks. Don't need them)

    I'm all about quality at a low price. The biggest thing I would like to do is get rid of the chrome grill surround , grill bump and chrome bumpers. I would like body color ones.

    Easily done. You will get guidance soon enough here. Plasti-dip, paint, bed liner. You name it. Lot of guys here don't want chrome.

    the truck came with a spray in bed liner and the LED strip for daytime running lights. I'm thinking of installing the under bench storage bins and a tanu cover.
