Anyone had any issues with the c.c.? I took mine in yesterday for its first service and told the service writer and he said he's never heard of any doing this and obviously couldn't find anything wrong.
Only does it once per week or so but just stops maintaining speed. The dash will still say the cruise is still set but will just stop pulling. .it drops 7, 8ish mph and then starts pulling again and will get back up to speed. Doesn't even do it often enough for me to notice a pattern as far as uphill/downhill or anything else. Any ideas?

Negative. . Most of the time it's been on straight roads. The ONLY think I think MAY be consistent is that I seems to happen on slight inclines. . And I'm not truly sure about that. The last couple times were anyway. And I mean an ever so slight incline. Not enough of a hill to even put any strain on the engine.

Doesn't seem to. Accelerates at a pretty good rate but no downshifting.

Not one. . And a calibration issue is the only possible thing I can think of. .

Does it do the same thing in regular cruise control mode?

    Nitrogen filled tires!
so you set it to Normal each time after you initially start it? I always thought mine was in Normal D mode too - after checking it on the steering wheel controls I found it defaulted to the ECO mode after every initial start and not to the D Normal as it thought it should/would. ??
