Broke a motor mount and pushed the front coil tower in @ less than 1k miles racing up Schnebly Hill first year attended T2S with my current truck. Lol.

Well I’ve managed to touch the new rear bumper a few times:itllbuffout:, still good. Bumpers/sliders/skids were the best money spent in hindsight, been really surprised what it’s survived with minimal damage and repairs. I picked up some UHMW for the skids, but never made time to install it.

Big fan of the bump out on sliders. Long time ago…

driver side yes, passenger side no. Was almost there but frame holes were off about 12mm, mangled OE mount barely made its way back in there :/

Figured. It would work, be upset if I don’t get an invite. Not sure how far you got with the frame shop, but it wasn’t expensive, $550 to pull mine, and the next one he did was right at $500. My CA friends were getting quoted $500 just to set up on each side and hourly to pull, but most wouldn’t touch it because there are no dimensions for the coil towers in the frame repair specs.. This is the angle the coil towers should sit at if you do the tree thing.

good to know…also didn’t realize it was that inexpensive. Still trying to find some cycles to look into a shock tower brace. Surprised nobody fabs a “ready made” set.

@BiggHertz maybe you and I can park our trucks next to each other between two trees and pull both frames at once with our trucks connected. @Vizsla can hold the angle finder and cheer us on.
