I'm up for a mild trail too. Did Pilot Rock a few weeks ago solo (not the best decision going solo after the winter storms) and would tag along if a trail run was planned.

 

Gonna breakfast some mimosas at the Hen House (any good?) then head down to Fiesta Island with the pups.

 

What time are you thinking of staying til? I might head down (assuming this is an invite to us)

Haha that’s a good one. Eventually I’ll make a mount for a led whip and tie it to that. But this’ll do for now

 

Running 1n09 tomorrow in big bear for anyone interested. Planning on stopping at the river for the kiddos to play then maybe taking clarks grade to big bear.

 

I decided to do the install myself. After a bit of researching I realized it wasn’t that difficult of an installation. I put the rears on yesterday. Took me less than 30 min each side. Going to do the front soon using the trucks own suspension to decompress the spring since I don’t have a spring compressor and don’t want to kill myself with those sketchy rental clamp compressors.

 

Still a bit sketchy, have fun and don’t get hurt too bad

 

So I noticed local trail run, and realized I haven't ditched anyone lately. Me and my bunch o kids... I'm down for something if its early enough in the day, and soon before the hockey season starts up!!!!

anyone have some stock UCAs theyre willing to part with that are still in decent condition? my boots have torn and the passanger side UCA is starting to clunk

Tuffstuff Alpha II RTT as well as other camping gear...Depends on what the docs say when I get back from my Hawaii Vacation. Non Hodgkins lymphoma.... TIA for your well wishes and other...

 

Damn, this sucks. I'm sorry to hear you're facing this, Sid. And, I cannot imagine any best-case circumstances that involve learning this away from home.

I do have a friend that went through it and is still doing ok over 10 years later.
But it was tough. Focus on good health, please keep us posted as you figure out what support you need, and let us know how you're doing.
