Try oak milk. It’s not as good as real milk, but much better than almond. Also since we are all greenies here, about a billions times better for the environment than almond milk.

I drink real milk. Only had the nut juice in the fridge because my wife is "lactose intolerant" but lately has been wanting to eat cereal three times a day.

Still disgusting. If you want milk, drink milk. Same for meat. Don't poison yourself trying to make something "healthy" taste like the thing you hate others for consuming. :p

Get her Lactaid. It won't take up space in your fridge, is probably cheaper than the nut juice, and won't expire as quickly.

Look for milk that is A2 protein only. Your wife might be able to drink that. Most milk is A1 and A2. A1 is what most lactose intolerant folks have a hard time digesting.

Being lactose intolerant isn't a condition.
    It's what normal people are.
Once you're weened of your mom's tit, a human being never needs another drop of milk their entire life.
The idea that we take pills to allow us to consume things that hurt us or that our body doesn't want is mind boggling to me.
If you can tolerate milk and like it, knock yourself out.
Kinda like when people develope health issues from any other foods they consume and instead of not eating that anymore, they wanna sell you a pill for the symptoms instead of simply telling you not to eat the shit that's causing the problem.
Not that I'm preaching because I eat horrible and my health sucks. Just saying, it's a little nuts how the whole system works.

Uh.... most people are fine with milk. Humans have consumed it into adulthood for thousands of years. Claiming that lactose intolerance is the norm is, at the very least, inaccurate.

    That's the 22" one, right?

What would you say are essential items to have with you for the Blackstone?

For the blackstone stuff I'm meaning just for camping. No way in hell I'm hauling all that stuff for a little 17" griddle that will be cooking for 2-3 people at most.

Get them all, and then just take with you what you plan on cooking. Better to have and not need, then need and not have.

The must items for me are a scraper, a good spatula, a pile of aluminum grease pans and oil for non-stick cooking and preserving the grill after cooking.

I don’t always hit my grill with water and scrape, but I always scrape off the junk and hit with a coat of oil after each cook. I will do the water trick after a few uses.

I got some of the BS grill seasoning oil to use, but I'll likely just cook with butter. 99% of what I'll cook will be eggs, steak, bacon, or some combination.

This is what I ordered. I have a spatula and tongs already, and will likely get a cheaper scraper than what they sell. The customer service and ordering process was complete trash, so I'll get my accessories elsewhere.
