SOLD-FS Boost tow mirrors

GM style tow mirrors, made by boost automotive. These were in my 2018 and I think they work on any 07-21. They plug and play with the factory harness and retain function of power adjust, turn signals, and defroster. These also have another wire for the reverse lights but I never hooked it up. These were in my truck for about 2 years and work great. I went back to stock mirrors for off road clearance. No major defects and overall in very good shape.

interested but is there light option? like amber dotted(amber led) or signal & running light? defrost - upper or lower glass or both?

 

Good clarification, sorry I missed that.

These have the amber led signals on the front side of the mirror as well as the red led chevron in the mirror itself so vehicles directly beside you can see your signal. I think the amber led on the from can be wired to come on with running lights, but I didn’t do that. There is also the white led on the mirror side that can be wired to come on with interior lights or reverse lights. They would make excellent “puddle” lights but again, I didn’t take the time to actually wire them to run since my sr5 didn’t have puddle lights in the factory harness.

Im here to follow up to see what you ordered from the boost auto. interior lights or reverse lights you select low or high output spotlight? im looking at your picture very carefully and noticed there is no gasket like rubber piece that i saw from the youtube. does it came with circuit taps or do i need to buy it from my own end? Thanks

 

So I just went over to the Boost website and selected the options that I got on my mirrors. Here is a screenshot of the options.

There is a rubber/plastic kind of gasket on the backside of the mirrors to keep moisture out of the door.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by circuit taps, but these have 2 harness clips to connect the mirror to the truck. One clip connects directly to the stock harness just like the OEM mirror. The other clip is for wiring the rear facing led to come on with doors or reverse lights, I believe. I never hooked that second wire up and everything is still as it came shipped from Boost.

one more question - what about output floor lights or high output spot lights?

 

I didn’t spec anything for those. I suppose they have whatever default option comes on the mirror?
