    Hey there all,
My a/c turns on and is freezing cold, but in a few seconds later the light for the a/c blinks on and off and then my air starts blowing hot air? I bought a new a/c compressor rpm lock sensor and installed it yesterday. Sucked out freon and recharged it. Guess what it didn't work? What else can I do to fix this problem? The compressor is fairly new and it does give cold air when its turned on but like I said it starts to blink off/on then cold air is gone. This is so weird??? Help please????

My guess is the high pressure switch could be cutting it off. Evacuate again and check the expansion valve/tube to see if it’s clogged.

There is no AC relay, they use a Heater Relay to accomplish HVAC and it's located in the Engine Bay. Since your A/C is working sometimes, either the HTR relay is flaky or there is another issue.
How much freon or what procedure did you use to determine enough freon ? What pressures are you seeing when it is working ?

THE HIGH SIDE IS AT 200 AND THE LOW SIDE WHEN IT DOES KICK IN IS AT 40?
SO THE READINGS IS RIGHT BUT it still turns (off and on) so frustrating.
